LayerOne was built on a single observation: architectural documentation — often treated as an afterthought — is where projects live or die. Poorly coordinated models, inconsistent drawing sets, and documentation that doesn't reflect the regulatory context of the build — these are not minor inconveniences. The studio operates from two technical hubs — Chennai, India and Italy. This is not incidental geography. India's BIM industry is one of the fastest-growing delivery ecosystems in the world; Italy's architectural profession is one of the most technically rigorous in Europe. Operating across both gives us a production model and a standards depth that few studios of our scale can match.
